Cayetano, not Marcos, banned Voltes V
Ayon sa usap-usapan o tsismis, si dating pangulong Ferdinand E. Marcos daw ang nagpatanggal ng palabas na Voltes V sa TV. Ito ay ginamit na black propaganda ng mga anti-Marcos upang palabasin na hindi malaya ang mga Pilipino sa ilalim ng Marcos administration. Pero ang propaganda na ito ay napatunayan na isang kasinungalingan at paninira lamang kay Marcos. Ayon kasi kay Celina S. Cristobal, dubber ng Voltes V, si Polly Cayetano ng Catholic Women’s League ang mismo nagpatanggal ng Voltes V at hindi si Marcos.
